IFX does not support content "ingestion" messages, identified by Arc-Priority: ingestion

If you are importing content into Arc XP from external sources such as wires, and you want these messages to trigger story:update within an integration, ensure the following ANS values are set: published:true additional_properties.is_published:true additional_properties.publish_date:{the publish date} and an HTTP header Arc-Priority:standard. Note that the targeting of these fields may change based on factors such as method of ingestion, code formatting, etc. For example, you may have to write it as ans.additional_properties.publish_date: {the publish date}

This is only recommended for occasional content ingestion from external sources, such as wires, NOT for content migrations. See Content Events for more information, and to ensure you don't create an infinite loop.
